Which shipping service do you use? We ship exclusively with DHL . After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number that you can use to track your delivery.
Where can I track my order? Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to the DHL tracking page, where you can view the status of your delivery.
How can I exercise my right of withdrawal? To withdraw from the contract, please send us a clear statement (e.g., by email or post) of your decision to withdraw from the contract to the following address:

The goods must be returned in their original condition, unused, and unopened. Opened or used cosmetic products are not eligible for return.
